Kerry Washington explains to Will Cain the relevance of affirmative action in relationship to how the United States prides it’s self on diversity and inclusivity.

kerry handled herself well, although it’s frustrating to see white guys (or ppl in general) turn every conversation about affirmative action into “isn’t this racist against white people” when it’s been shown to benefit white women more than any other group.

Could she break it down any more clearer though?, because that shit was crystal, postracial…ish, amerikkka

also, white people who say that affirmative action is only basing decisions based on skin color DON’T ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT LEGAL AFFIRMATIVE ACTION IS.
