I hope the IRS TAX THE SHIT OUT OF THEM! They have already pushed their boundaries because they exude too much power and the government seems to be afraid of them. When a 501(c)(3) church openly speaks out, or organizes in opposition to, anything that the government declares legal such as same sex marriage or abortion, it is already putting its tax-exempt status in jeopardy. The church knows the IRS will rarely come after them, so they continue to push the limits. We need to show them who has the real power. Its not even right that churches are still tax exempt. That should be revoked and the annual $70+ billion we lose on their tax exemption can go to real change.
